Menus vary seasonally, but often include the following:

 

Stir-fries

Filling and delicious, I combine colorful veggies in a variety of sauces and pair with plant protein, rice, noodles, or quinoa.

 

Oven-Baked

Texture plays a large role in my cooking, and I adore making crispy dishs like pakora, sesame cauliflower bites, baked tofu, and more.

Casseroles

 I’m a big fan of healthy, comfort foods like mac and cheese, enchiladas, lasagna, and veggie au gratins.

 

Salads

More than your average greens, I often combine beans, lentils, roasted veggies and unique, flavorful dressings.

Curries

Full of flavor, I love making Indian and SE Asian style curries and dals with lots of spices and aromatics.

 

Noodles

Homemade noodle dishes from around the world, often find their way onto my menus. Spring roll bowls, soba salads, and miso noodle soups are some of my faves.

Soups

Creamy, nourishing, and full of veggies, beans, lentils, I love soups for their flexibility and heart warming nature.

 

Rice Dishes

I use many kinds of rice to create healthy versions of everyone’s favorite dishes. Homemade sushi rolls, risotto, fried rice, pilafs, biryanis and more.

Weekly menus can be modified to reflect any food allergies or preferences you may have.
