For the past 7 years we have been sharing our unique style of cooking and tried and tested vegan recipes in hundreds of original cooking classes. We focus on using whole foods, spices, herbs, and combining flavors for maximum appeal. Our recipes are often based on comfort foods that we grew up loving, mixed with a generous dose of tasty foods from around the world. This keeps flavors fresh and allows for a lot of versatility and improvisation in the kitchen. All recipes taught are our own, are always 100% vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and mostly organic. Our group classes are suitable for all experience levels of home cook. 

Each class we offer is demonstration based, and over the course of two to three hours covers the preparation of our all original recipes. Samples of each dish, custom recipe cards, nutritional information, and tips and tricks for easy meal preparation are shared throughout the class.

As always, our classes are 100% vegan, mostly organic, and naturally gluten and soy free. Class is demonstration based and includes handmade recipe cards, samples of all dishes prepared, and a chance to meet and mingle with our wonderful veg loving community.
