Fire and Earth Kitchen was founded by artist, educator and self taught chef, Renee Press, as a way to bring the beauty of vegan, gluten-free cooking to life. Since 2013, she has been providing the Seattle area with 100% vegan personal chef services, sharing her passion for tasty home cooked meals with countless people around the region. Her original all vegan recipes are developed with a wide range of people in mind, including experienced and new vegans, gluten-free vegans, meat eaters, omnivores, allergy sensitive, and picky kids. She has been vegan for 14+ years. Originally from the East Coast, Renee spent many years living and working in NYC and traveling the world. Her love of international flavors comes from time spent abroad in South America and the Middle East, as well as a deep passion for Indian cooking.

Brandon Rouge is a local Seattle-born chef who is passionate about cooking healthy and delicious plant-based foods. Having struggled with his own personal health issues and dietary restrictions over the past two decades, Chef Rouge seeks to help people heal themselves while enjoying good food. He specializes in making allergen-friendly plant based versions of traditional comfort foods using whole food ingredients. In addition to cooking, Rouge is an avid Qi Gong Enthusiast, Meditation Practitioner, and Puppy Whisperer.
